Location excellent, staff friendly and helpful, food and service good.
Lovely historical place to stay, very welcoming, quiet, very comfortable and would definately go back there again.
It was central to the town and once we were there we didn't need to use the car as there was excellent public transport as well. The rooms were comfortable and well serviced, The service was good. Here was a choice of eating in the hotal or in one of several restaurants in the town..
Comfortable nice position in town
Central loction and customer parking only.Helpfull reception.
The breakfast room tables for two were a bit small for all the crockery .
The staff waited up very late for my arrival and all were helpful and efficient.
The bathroom was cramped anda little cold but this was a single room
location in the middle of town on site parking
Great situation, right beside Arundel castle / main street
Bathroom poorly decorated / cheap fittings. Would expect better for 90 pounds / night
I thought it was very relaxing,I loved the decor, and sitting in front of the fire.I loved bieng in the centre of Arundel, didn`t have to walk far for anything.Loved it.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel was right on Arundel high street which was great for us as we don't have a car and it was easy to access all the shops, restuarants and cafe's. The castle is a short wlak too although closed till April 20011!. For a short break it was great.
The staff were friendly, helpful and in the main English was their first language
I thought the Bar Food was poor.
The excellent freshly prepared meals and the friendly and professional staff
Very convenient for restaurants etc.
We felt it was a little old fashioned and needed a makeover. Although our room was comfortable the shower facilities etc were poor.
The location of the hotel is goo and some staff were helpful.
The standard of decoaratin and upkeep in the rooms was poor. There was a function on and a disco until 11:45pm and the hotel does not have sufficient soundproffing for this not to be heard in rooms.
Very convenient central location, free off road parking, comfortable rooms (we stayed in the annexe at the back of the hotel, which was very quiet). Excellent value for money compared two two other international chain hotels we stayed at previously.
